Triple E women’s wellness workshops.
Triple E started with a joint interest in women’s issues, women’s resilience and a shared interest in the intricacies of relationships that sprouted out of many hours of discussions and lived experiences between a mother (Carrie) and a daughter (Carling). We have had different careers up until this point, but we have both worked in the social/human sciences and social justice world for a number of years. Carrie is a Registered Nurse and Carling is a Registered Psychotherapist. Through many conversations about work, social constructs, the meaning of life, why do leopards have spots, etc., we came to the conclusion that we have very similar interests and we felt we have much to offer to women who are exploring life and who are looking for a women’s community to join and to thrive in. If you see the rewards of being involved in a women’s wellness community wherein we support, educate, enlighten, empower and encourage each other, then we are destined to be on the journey together and we look forward to meeting you.
Our mission is to offer inspirational women’s wellness workshops in a safe and comfortable environment.
How We Work
We work from a place of caring and empathy for our community of people who identify as women. This is the foundation of all that we do and we believe whole-heartedly in the strength of women and in their ability to make change on any level they choose. Our company is built upon three cornerstones: Education, Enlightenment and Empowerment (EEE).
Being life-long learners, (between us, we have 17 years of post secondary education – aka professional students!), we have felt the transformative power of education, whether it comes from higher education or from workshops, conferences or retreats. All forms of education can be life-changing when one brings an open mind to the learning environment. We know you will experience that transformational power when you attend our workshop offerings as our topics are relevant and current. After all, if you just learn one new thing or view a concept in one different way as a result of attending our workshops, then learning has taken place and you have opened yourself up to so many more possibilities!
We think about enlightenment in terms of women’s exploration of their community and their role within it. We think about women’s spirituality and the way we interact with the natural world and we also think about women’s movement away from suffering, both individually and globally. Through our workshops you will explore areas of interest that support and grow your sense of enlightenment and stimulate your natural curiosity about the world around you.
We view all women as being strong, independent and intelligent and we know from personal experience, it takes the support of other women, family, friends and colleagues to nurture women’s empowerment. This is why we are not only offering workshops and learning opportunities, but ongoing support to our community of women as well. We are interested and invested in creating long term relationships with all of our participants as we grow our Women’s Caring Community (WCC) and we are looking forward to your valuable input and feedback about the community as you will be playing a big part in shaping it.
