Being Present

Date: April 14, 2021 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm (EST)
Location: On-Line Workshop
Price: $35.00 (plus taxes)
Workshop Description:

We hear a lot about the power of being present and the focus, peace and tranquility it can bring to one’s life. We tend to get caught up in thinking about and planning for the future and we can get stuck ruminating and reliving moments from the past. All the while, missing the glorious moments of the present that are so enriching and integral to our souls. Sometimes it is difficult to find the pathway to the present and to figure out how to simply exist and be with the current moment we are in. Our workshop offers you practical strategies for learning how to live in the present and to make meaning of your experiences. You will explore how to use all of your senses to savour and connect with the environment around you, allowing for a needed break from the demands of daily life.
